I don’t know about you, but I’m the type of person who typically thinks, “I can make this work.”
And while this kind of grit and determination can be a good thing in many ways, it can also keep us stuck chasing things that aren’t working.
This can happen with everything, from weight loss plans, to budgeting, to applying for new jobs, or trying a new dating approach.
We are always trying on different plans like different pairs of jeans to see what works for us and our lifestyle.
But that means there’s going to come a point where we have to break out of denial and get honest when things aren’t working.
