Show Notes

So often we hold back giving ourself what we want in life, because we've been told what we want isn't valid, is frivilous, or it doesn't count for one reason or another.

Our wants and desires are diminished and we grow up thinking this is normal and how things should be.

We learn to make decisions based on necessity, but not simply because we want it.

Unless it comes to food - then we're really good at making decisions from desire.

But what you'll find is the more you give yourself what you want in other areas of life, the less you need food to meet those needs of 'desire.'

Join me for today's episode where we explore this concept of making decisions in life from desire and simply because you want it, so that you can say 'no' to food with more ease and self love.

Schedule your free Break the Cycle Call and I’ll help you see how all three cycles of chronic dieting, emotional eating, and toxic relationships are actually one and the same.

Which means when you learn to break one cycle, you’ll naturally be able to break the others.
