Show Notes

We’ve been trained (or brainwashed) to think there’s a “secret formula” and magical set of foods to eat that will have you dropping pounds like nobody’s business, but you never stop to think about how you want to live the rest of your life.

You think you have to suffer, deprive and restrict yourself in order to lose weight, but who wants to live in a world without chocolate, pizza, pasta or wine?! Not I!

Ready for more? I break it all down for you in today’s episode.
