Don't go out to eat, no travel, no vacations, no holidays or special occasions. 

It's this constant push to restrict. 

But in the process of trying to make it easier to restrict, you stop living life. 

So when the holidays roll around, and you don't want to miss out on all the good times, you think "screw it, I'll start over in January." 

But that only keeps you stuck in the Restrict-Binge-Regret cycle of doom.
