Food is often a key part of holiday celebrations, and other people have desires and expectations about what or how much you "should" be eating.
Some people are food offerers - they simply want to make sure you're happy and enjoying yourself.

And if you want an extra boost of help with this, make sure you watch the Fit & Fierce for the Holidays Workshop, available on demand NOW!
