Food is often a key part of holiday celebrations, and other people have desires and expectations about what or how much you "should" be eating.
Some people are food offerers - they simply want to make sure you're happy and enjoying yourself.
Then you have food pushers - these people tend to push food / drinks on you and there's a lot of pressure to eat and typically a lot of guilt (or other negative emotions) if you say 'no.'
Keep listening as I explain how to handle the extra food, drinks, and people this time of year.
And if you want an extra boost of help with this, make sure you watch the Fit & Fierce for the Holidays Workshop, available on demand NOW!
