While there are 4 key steps I teach for sustainable weight loss, I can't overemphasize the importance of creating safety to lose weight.
Safety physically: your body has enough food, water, sleep, and other physiological needs met, so that it's safe to release weight.
Safety emotionally: you can try new things that don't work out, and trust that you won't verbally / emotionally beat yourself up afterwards and take away food.
So often we desire weight loss, but there's something underneath holding us back. This will always show you where / why it's not safe to lose weight.
