Show Notes

By the time we hit June and July, our new years goals are often long behind us.

But not because we’ve hit our goals, but because we’ve given up on them.

And this is the key problem - you keep trying to lose weight in a vacuum.

You shut out everything and everyone around you for a couple weeks, maybe even a couple months, and go hard-core, all in…

But it’s not real life, so it doesn’t last.

You might lose weight in a vacuum, but you can’t maintain it.

Something’s gotta give.

I have 3 more 1-1 coaching spots open this month before my rates go up in July.

If you want to talk more about healing your relationship with food, learning to love the body you’re in now and all the way down the scale, ending emotional eating, and truly creating a life so good it blows your mind, I’d love to chat.

Schedule your free call at www.bodyyoucrave.com/schedule and we’ll talk more about where you want to be January 2025, and I’ll help you create a roadmap to get there, WITHOUT giving up your favorite foods, drinks, or time with family and friends.

It’s time to create the LIFE and Body you crave.

I’ll show you how.
