1. Has a healthy relationship with food.
2. Loves yourself and your body now (even if you want to change it).
3. Believes in yourself so much you refuse to give up on your goals.
Creating a new "you" starts with creating new thoughts and beliefs about food, body, fitness, and ultimately yourself.
Remember: a smaller body doesn't fix a broken self concept.
