Often we look for quick results (i.e. instant gratification) to “prove” what we’re going is working and to give our brains evidence to keep believing (and thus keep working towards) that goal.
But this is where we get it backwards.
We say things like "I'll believe it when I see it,"
But there has to be a foundational level of belief BEFORE you achieve something new.
And this is often where we get stuck.
