For years, I struggled to make decisions.
Mostly because I was afraid of making the “wrong” decision and would end up paying the consequences - feeling rejected, disappointed, or regretful.
It’s a shame we’re not taught more productive and useful methods of decision making than creating lists of pros and cons, or phoning a friend to ask their opinion.
Most of us don’t even have a decision making process to begin with…
