Cravings… we’ve all had them. Most of us think that’s the main reason why we can’t stick with our diets, but I want to let you in on a little secret… 

Cravings are not as big a deal as we make them out to be. 

In fact, most of us experience food urges, not cravings, throughout the day that have us reaching for food when we’re not truly hungry (i.e. emotional eating).
