Show Notes

So often we're reaching for food and not physically hungry.

This is how I define emotional eating - we're using food to self soothe and meet our emotional needs

My binging started when I was truly hungry for food, but trying to undereat and overexercise for years on end.

It continued because food was then meeting emotional needs and desires I didn't know how to give myself.

So often we're binging not just from physical starvation, but from emotional starvation.

We're starved for love and affection, that we mistakenly seek from someone else...

And ultimately, starved for our own true love and affection.

Join me for today's episode where we'll explore this topic of what you're REALLY hungry for in life.

Because it's never about the food, babe.

When you're ready to truly break free from your emotional eating and binge eating habit, I can help.

I've been binge-free for FIVE YEARS now!

This isn't another diet or set of mantras you don't truly believe. This is a radical shift in how you see yourself and your place in this world, so that not only do you stop binging, but you lose excess weight for good.

The next best step to see if this is the right fit for you is to schedule a free consultation: www.bodyyoucrave.com/schedule
