Patience… it’s one of those skills we all want more of, yet don’t really know how to create.

It’s also the #1 most important skill when it comes to weight loss. 

 

In church, we’re told to pray for more patients, or simply BE more patient, without any concrete steps as to HOW… other than pray or pray harder. But that’s not helpful. 

 

This is why I believe we can blend prayer / religion with personal development to create a better experience here on earth.
