[00:00:15] Speaker A: Welcome to the Hungry for love podcast with Jillian Scott. Y' all ready? Let's go. [00:00:24] Speaker B: Hey. Hey. Welcome back. All right, so we are going to do something fun for the rest of the month. I am going to host a podcast listener challenge. Now, this is going to be super simple, very easy to do. There are a couple different ways that you can enter to win, and I have three pretty amazing prizes. So let me go through and explain how this is going to work. Number one, what do you actually have to do? How do you enter? This is going to be on Instagram and Facebook. So if you are on the socials, that is where I am. You can find me at Jillian scoaching on Instagram. So Jillian S coaching, as in Jillian Scott or Jillian's however you want to think about it, we might already be connected. If we are, great. If not, come find me on Instagram. I'm also Jillian Scott on Facebook. Or you can tag body you crave. There is a business page under body you crave that you can tag, or you can tag me personally. You can share a picture or a video of you or part of your day either mentioning the podcast or maybe a screenshot of the podcast with here's what I'm listening to today. Or something fun, something that is you, your own style, whatever feels natural. So that's one. Number two, another option would be implementing one thing you learned from the podcast. So what's one takeaway, one aha moment. And this can be a story, a post, a reel. It can be photo or video, it doesn't matter. But I want you to make sure you tag me in this, right? Number three. The other aspect that I really want to focus on this month is what it looks like for you to enjoy your weight loss journey. So maybe it looks like a picture of your dessert that you snapped because it's a planned intentional dessert that you already decided you were going to have, right? And it's like, this is how I enjoy my weight loss and then tag me in that. I want to make it really simple, but I'm looking for people to share the podcast, talk about what they're learning or share what they're learning, what their aha moment was, or share how their weight loss journey is being really simple, really easy. One form is you can come up with your own content, you can share your Own journey, your own aha's. The other option is you can share one of my posts, my stories, my reels to your feed, where I'm talking about either the podcast, my coaching, or my philosophy. Something like that. My goal here is to get more listeners because I feel like the more people that we have listening to this content, the more people we're going to have breaking free from diet trauma, from relationship trauma, who are going to say, yes, I can do this in my own way, on my own terms. I get to decide my own diet rules. It's like the more peace and freedom we have with food and our bodies, the better this is. The vision is that this podcast can reach more people. And I know that people get results just from listening to this podcast. I've had multiple people write in and tell me that they have lost weight, they have worked on their emotional eating just from listening and implementing what they hear. So I know that this is powerful. And I know that when I speak, I can change somebody's life. My simple words have the power to change someone's life. And I want to tap into that even more. It's just that re emphasis of really looking for the positive takeaway of, like, how can we look at things in a different light and a different perspective and use it for us not to bury our head in the sand, not to be in denial, not to be like, oh, no, don't look at the bad thing, shield your eyes, but to find your progress, to look for the growth, to look for the opportunity. On top of that, now I've added certifications and programs and tools and different trainings. But at the core, I'm teaching what I know. I'm teaching what I've lived, I'm teaching what I've been through. And I know that my journey, my path, my steps aren't the one and only steps and path to get there. And I think that's what's beautiful about this, is I want to help you create your own path, your own story. This is what we're going to do throughout the month is I really want us to focus on what does it look like to make weight loss fun, to make it enjoyable, what does it look like to you? And I can always give you ideas and suggestions, but it's so amazing when we can now start to share this. And it comes from all of us. This is part of how we build the community, and this is part of what I'm bringing into the body you crave. Accelerator is exactly what we're going to be doing, is looking at how can we learn and grow together as a unit. How can you all collaborate together? Because I've got a lot of great ideas in my brain. I'm not going to lie. Good idea. Fairy. And I, like, we are tight. Okay? I got some really good ideas. But I also know that you all have really great ideas and inspiration and encouragement. And so the more that we can share this message, the more women get help and they get the support and they finally recognize what the real problem is. And then how to solve it.
