Not only do we struggle with resisting negative emotions, but we often also struggle with the whole process and knowing you're buffering, emotionally eating, binge eating, etc. 

The key here is two fold: 

1. Don't give up on yourself. 

2. The obstacle in the way. The path forward to solving your eating habits is to drop resistance when it shows up. This is how you'll actually be able to learn from it (because you're no longer fighting it).
