[00:00:24] Speaker B: Hey. Hey. Welcome back. All right, so today this bonus episode is all about how you can get six weeks of free private coaching through the end of 2025. The body you crave accelerator is my group program. It runs January through the end of May of 2026. So this is a group opportunity. It's a way where you can learn and grow from watching other people get coached and really be able to work through and have this community aspect around breaking free from emotional eating, binge eating, losing weight, and really building the momentum to feel unstoppable in your life as a whole. And so what I thought would be really fun would be to offer complimentary private coaching through the end of this year leading up to the group starting in January.
I know there are some people out there who would really benefit from having one on one work with me to work through the nuance and the specifics of their challenges, their obstacles, what they have gone through, and to create a base level, level of healing around diet trauma, food trauma, and relationship trauma. Creating this foundation of healing and growth through the end of this year will set you up to head into the group even more powerfully at an even better level. I'm running this kind of as an experiment. I have never done this before as a hybrid opportunity. I've done groups, I've done one on one. I have never brought them together into its own program.
But in the spirit of breaking the rules and doing things differently and figuring out what's going to work and what doesn't, right, we need to experiment. We need to try new things. We need to test and to see what is available. And I really think this marries these two aspects and really brings them together. And so at no additional cost, it's going to be you sign up for the group and you automatically get access to the one on one coaching.
Now, the cool thing with the group as well is even though we aren't starting until January, the sooner you sign up, the more private coaching you get. So if you sign up in the middle of November, you're going to get six or seven weeks of private coaching with me. If you sign up in the middle of December, you'll still get about two weeks of coaching with me. But it's not going to be as much. Right. Like you really benefit from signing up sooner even though the program as a group starts in January.
And so I was just trying to think of what makes this a no brainer. What would I love to engage in and to experience what would feel really fun and enjoyable and be an over deliver, you know, without trying to coordinate schedules, especially around the holidays to be able to offer. This is such a value add for people who are considering the group and also maybe are a little concerned about their capacity or their time throughout the rest of this year.

I'm happy to share more about what we're doing, but in that group we are working through diet trauma and relationship trauma. We are working to heal our relationship with food and body and exercise and the scale just as much as we are working to restore our relationship with ourselves. To heal from the people pleasing and the perfectionism and the narcissistic abuse and betrayal trauma and all of these other aspects and all of these other challenges that we have been through on a personal level and really better understand how to process and allow emotions without turning to food, without turning to alcohol, without turning to some other person or thing or substance in order to try to feel better.
That's what this is all about. I love bringing in this one on one concept because it allows you to also go at your own pace. There's no rush, there's no urgency, there's no being left behind.
You get to go at your own pace as you navigate the holidays. You get to feel in control. You get to learn how to better regulate and manage your nervous system.
And now you're also going to have a plan because you'll get access to the content. When you sign up, you automatically get access to it, even if it's not something you implement. Now. You're going to have access to everything so you know what's coming and you can start making those small, simple little tweaks, little changes because that's what it's all about. It's not just about changing things for this year. It's changing things to where it feels doable and sustainable long term. And a lot of this is also looking at it from this experimentation standpoint of you are going to experiment, you're going to experiment with different ways of exercising and moving your body, you're going to experiment with different food, you're going to experiment with different ways of processing and handling emotions. Just like you're going to experiment with how do you want to handle the holidays and parties and grief and emotions and trauma bursaries and all of these other aspects that can get woven into this time of year when it becomes really easy to want to avoid or escape or numb out.
And I'm going to teach you how to break those patterns. I can't think of a better way to do this. This sounds like the best thing since sliced bread. Like, I'm not gonna lie. This sounds amazing. And I also know that there may be some evolution. I don't know that I'm going to offer it in this way again.
We're gonna see. But just like we test and we tweak and we have a hypothesis, when it comes to weight loss and emotional eating, we're simply in the phase of collecting data. And that's the phase that I'm in right now of like, all right, let's try it. Let's see how this goes. Let's see if other people think it's as great of an idea as I think it is. I think it's amazing, right? But you ultimately get to decide what is the best fit for you.
So I still have a couple of private coaching spots open if that's something you are interested in, if you just want exclusively private coaching. But this hybrid option, I think is so beneficial for people who are looking to step more into some accountability around weight loss and emotional eating.
