One of the most powerful things my coach said to me during a really hard time of my divorce was: 

"You are getting everything you want, even if it feels terrible in this moment."

It was such a powerful reminder that various parts of life and this journey won't always feel "amazing" or even "good" or "easy," but it's all part fo the process of creating something new. 

And when you stop fighting, stop resisting those emotions, you create such a more enjoyable process as you achieve new goals. 

This is your permission to let it be hard, let it be messy, let yourself FEEL all the emotions around dating, divorce, heartbreak, food, weight loss, body shame, and more. 

You are safe to feel.  

Today I take you behind the scenes of my own life and show you that it's ok to have emotional days, it's ok for things to feel confusing, but don't EVER give up on yourself or your dreams.
