When it comes to weight loss, It can also be a time of fear, anxiety, and stress. 

 

I used to breathe a sigh of relief every January when I made it through the holidays, without gaining weight. 

 

But it came at a price. 

 

It was miserable. 

 

And that’s why I’m hell bent on doing what I do now - making it easy for people to lose weight, even during the holidays.
